Our client The Peebles Corporation led the public-private partnership initiative to transform Miami Beach’s North Lincoln Lane. Renowned architect Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) created the concept for the four-building, commercial mixed-use development incorporating city-owned properties.

Close coordination and dialogue with Peebles and BIG were particularly crucial to the success of the multi-phase effort, which involved stages for qualifications, proposal, interviews, and community outreach.

As we moved through each bidding stage, we refined the architect’s technical content (visual and written) to reflect increased public access and an evolving audience of city professionals, public officials, project stakeholders, and community members.

Peebles, a privately held real estate investment and development company, is a nationally recognized leader in public-private partnerships and Affirmative Development™. Total investment value to date surpasses $8B, making the firm a powerful advocate for the transformation of historically underserved and underrepresented communities.

We worked closely with Peebles’ large team of real estate, capital markets, design, construction, and public programming consultants. We integrated the perspectives of more than 20 national and local experts into the proposal response to create a cohesive and compelling narrative.

Subsequent phases involved presentation script writing, FAQs, public talking points, pitch decks and slides, and public-facing project literature.
